The Tesco Extra at Pitsea in Basildon is a large standalone store off Station Lane, complete with its own car park and petrol station and a big roof of about 13,400 sqm. We measured roughly 4,400 panels, around 1.74 MW, generating an estimated 1.4–1.7 million kWh a year — close to 570 homes. An installer survey would confirm what fits.
